Not all of us are too confident and extrovert people, many of us are introvert and shy by nature. However, this shyness often ruins our personal and professional growth, as others take our advantage and we say nothing. So, it is important to deal with shyness and overcome it to lead a happy and satisfied life.

First of all, get to know yourself well. In other words, examine the reasons of your shyness and to overcome it try reminding yourself your strengths. Shy people should always try to use their strengths and avoid weaknesses in difficult situations. Also, identify when you shy, is it society or with loved ones. If it is the social anxiety then what triggers your shyness. Once, you examine all this you will get to know on what you need to work.
