These studies being made by the researchers has long been used to find out different reactions of the mind in terms of bodily behavior.

The influence of the body to the mind is tremendous. We generally see that people’s behaviour is reflected in their attitde. Our expressions and reactions changes our moods and behaviour. For example, if we are in good mood, we smile and keep happy than when we are sad. Similarly, positive responses like nodding head for confirming something is better responded to than shaking the head in negation.

It is a fact that the body has the capacity to influence attitude but studies have not yet made it clear if our body can also affect attitude because of our psychological condition. These relarions are important to understand to know how and when our attitudes will be influenced and will lead to further changes in our actions.

So, it is clear that our responses that help in persuasion setting influences our attitude. We must understand that only a few of our behavior have been examined in researches done on persuasion, but there are still innumerable one’s that remained unexamined.

However, the fact that our bodily actions can influence our choices and preferences, and our likes and dislikes, is an interesting fact for people to know.

Being love sick is not just a physiological disorder that heals with time. Research has proved that love sickness can have serious implications to health. According to this research report, people in problematic relationships risk the chance of having serious health issues. People who constantly worry about their relationships or are anxious and insecure about relationships have greater chances of being harmed.

People in troubled relationships have 50% higher chances of having a stroke or heart problems as compared to those in steady relationships. This study was published earlier this month in the Health Psychology journal and was based on interviews of 5,645 people between the age of 18 and 60 years.

The study on these people revealed that those who had troubled relationships and had lot of anxiousness and anxiety involved in their relationships were prone to many diseases. There had higher chances of suffering from a number of chronic diseases, which include cardiovascular diseases and severe headaches amongst other problems.

Dr Lachlan McWilliams from the Canada Acadia University led this study and according to him insecurity in a relationship can have serious health implications and also increases the risk of several diseases greatly. The most common problems are cardio vascular disease.

The study has also revealed that if these problems in relationships are sorted out, the vulnerability towards these diseases goes down. So, it is important to maintain a healthy relationship and you need to ensure that you don’t be in a relationship with a constant fear of it falling apart but rather work towards making it smooth.

Love is a wonderful feeling but can also be very confusing at times. It is very hard for one to be certain about the person with whom you are likely to end up. There is a possibility that you would find someone who has similar interests and outlook towards life. The two of you may also have a great chemistry and love each other’s company. But the question then arises is does the number of candles on your birthday cake determine the fate of your love.

Outer appearance and beauty is greatly responsible for cupid striking a person. However, you would find that there are so many other things that you did not consider before getting into a relationship. The age gap between two individuals is a very common cause for break ups. However, it is fairly common to see young girls dating an older guy than the other way around. There are some men who would choose older woman over young girls, who keep giggling on silly reasons.

The relationship between two people with a certain age gap is also not very acceptable in some societies. It is certainly not traditional. You may come across younger people from the opposite sex who flirts with you. In such a situation, it is important to hold yourself back as any advancement from your side may prove embarrassing. Relationships in today’s world are being carried out in different ways and you must be aware of it in order to better fix your predicament.

Well! I have chosen a guy an year younger to me in age. I believe that the success of every relation is understanding, care and love obviously. In case you have these ingredients, you gonna cook up the luscious dish of your life successfully. Even if one person becomes negative, it becomes the duty of the other person to stay calm and handle the situation keeping in mind the love you guys have for each other.

Is it really true or just a misconception? Read on to have some more light on this topic that where bigger is really better than the smaller.

In the present scenario, people think to get bigger things thinking that they are better than the smaller ones. Take for instance, instead of getting a two bedroom flat, they would consider buying a duplex building. Not just in property, this mentality is now common in all areas of life that bigger is better.

Now, let us examine that how is bigger better? The validity of this fact is highlighted by the fact that people are often sorted by height. Perhaps, this is the fact that in schools teachers prefer taller students for works showing that shorter students lack height.

On the other hand, this concept can be considered as a misconception, if we see that in schools often the shorter students are offered front seats for better views. Not just this, they are made to stand in front when forming a queue for assembly. These types of facts hint that bigger is not always better.

Whether bigger is better or not, one thing is true that the bigger the confident. Shorter people often lack confidence as compared to the bigger ones.
