mind-and-body There has been many studies done by researchers on the connection that our body and mind has, where our body influences the mind, known as, embodied influence. These studies being made by the researchers has long been used to find out different reactions of the mind in terms of bodily behavior.

The influence of the body to the mind is tremendous. We generally see that people’s behaviour is reflected in their attitde. Our expressions and reactions changes our moods and behaviour. For example, if we are in good mood, we smile and keep happy than when we are sad. Similarly, positive responses like nodding head for confirming something is better responded to than shaking the head in negation.
