If not, then take a half-filled glass and ask yourself is it half-emptied or half-filled, if you answer it half-filled then you are a positive thinker, whereas if you think it to be half-emptied, then you need to become a positive thinker.

Much of the fun vanishes with our negative thinking, so it is essential to become a positive thinker by indulging in self-talk at least once a day, if majority of your thoughts are negative then try to change the way you think and bring in more logic in your thinking.

Simply don’t give way to any kind of negative thinking. Instead of examining the negative aspects of a thing, first try to see its positive aspects. Try to incorporate a practical positive approach in your daily life by giving away criticism.

A sure shot way of becoming a positive thinker is to see things the other way. Look out for alternatives even in the most pessimistic situations of life. Have a constructive thinking and leave away the past and try to experiment new things. Ask questions to yourself and analyze situations in a positive way.
