There has been a lot of debate over the kind of benefits that nature has on our body. There is a section which believes that whenever we are out in the nature it normally results in some sort of physical activity, which is highly beneficial for the body. However, there are many direct benefits from being out in the nature that haven’t been proven yet.

But, a recent study has revealed that there is a direct connection between nature and our bodies. It is often noticed that when the weather is bright and sunny our moods react to it in a very enthusiastic manner and on the other hand when the weather is gloomy, so is the mood. The report suggests that being out in nature makes us feel rejuvenated and boosts the energy levels considerably.

According to the report, nature not only brightens our mood and makes us feel fresh but also plays a major role in countering stress. We often tend to go for a cup of tea or coffee when we are tensed or stressed, but if instead we go out and spend some time in nature it can considerably reduce the stress levels.

The report was published in a leading environment psychology journal and it was released after a series of experiments done on over 500 college students. The results showed that 90% of these people felt that there was a great deal of increase in their energy levels and they felt very good, both physically and mentally.

It was pretty difficult to figure out minus points in women. Yes! You are right being a girl why would I point out mistakes in Females. But as I promised, here are some things that most of the women feel:

If he is protective, she says he oppressive

If he is smart, she says you are demeaning my intelligence

If he works hard, she says he is workaholic, doesn’t have time for me

If he is confident, she says he has ego

If he has a bank account, he is great

If he says I love You in first meet, don’t believe, he is a liar

Women think men like Govt. bonds as they take time to mature. If they lay the first step on them, they think they can walk over for the whole life. Women too feel pleasure in Adam teasing.

Here I have got one beautiful poem by Thomas Moore, the famous poet.

Women Are All The Same

Away, away — you’re all the same,
A smiling, fluttering, jilting throng;
And, wise too late, I burn with shame,
To think I’ve been your slave so long.

Slow to be won, and quick to rove,
From folly kind, from cunning loath,
Too cold for bliss, too weak for love,
Yet feigning all that’s best in both;

Still panting o’er a crowd to reign, –
More joy it gives to woman’s breast
To make ten frigid coxcombs vain,
Than one true, manly lover blest.

Away, away — your smile’s a curse –
Oh! blot me from the race of men,
Kind, pitying Heaven, by death or worse,
If e’er I love such things again.

I think it is self explanatory. Hence, now its turn of fickle minded women to undergo transformation. Hey, guys! now if you see a sexy woman, do think these things before proposing. Just Kidding!!!!! Relationships are based on mutual understanding and not thinking the way most of the women and men think.
