Of all emotions, anger is one which gets the better of men very easily. The reasons can be varied from stretching of personal resources to any sudden changes in their personal environment. Men mostly play a pivotal role in all the families so it is important that men learn how to control their anger and channel it out in a way that it does not cause much harm to the family and oneself.

Men are always known to suppress their feelings. They might not show it, but when it comes to change in their routines or life patterns, they do become agitated. Sometimes men suffer while trying to balance between their struggle to income and their added responsibility of their child. Some may also find that their intimacy with their spouse has reduced after child birth. This leads to mental suffering of men. Many try to withdraw from their responsibilities and become sullen. Since men most of the time suppresses their feelings, day after day all these negative feelings keeps on building. All they need is a medium to release their feelings which can be seen in the form of anger.

It’s true that the reason for which a woman gets angry might be different from the reasons on which a man gets angry, but when women get angry they can bring a havoc in the family, so it is important that women know how to do anger management.

One of the main reasons for a woman’s anger is negative self-talk. Women when start having negative talks with themselves ultimately start getting angry on every single issue. So, it is important to eliminate this habit of negative self-talk, instead women should think about good things in life to keep their thinking good and positive.
