Feel-good-first Do you feel low about your appearance and feel jealous of those who look good? Well, the fact is that feeling good about your body is totally up to you. Whether you believe it or not, if you feel good about yourself, you will automatically feel good. Though, it is hard to accept sometimes, as we are all human beings but positive thinking about ourselves is the key to our happiness.

No matter how ugly you look, you will feel bad only if you will believe it. On the contrary if you will feel that you are better than others, you will be filled with a superb confidence and strength that will never make you feel down in life. Moreover, the world too will respect you if you will respect yourself.
