With the growing responsibilities and hectic daily schedule, some of us even don’t get time to sit and organize things. In other words, some of us go crazy dealing with our day-to-day life routines. However, it is important not to do things in such a state of mind, a proper control of mind and body needs to be taken.

First of all, set some time apart from your daily busy schedule, when you can sit and analyze what is happening in your life and what needs to be done to achieve your set goals. If you can’t set some time in between the day, then wake up early and sit for 5-10 minutes to analyze happenings in your life.

Second way to take control of your crazy days is by making a list of tasks to do. Take for instance, make a separate folder in your email inbox and gather all the emails that need to be acted upon at the earliest. Similarly, do the tasks that need your immediate attention first.

Start planning your day properly to end it in full control. Set time for important tasks like meetings, phone calls and writing. Also, set some time in between for relaxation to rejuvenate yourself.

In order to fulfill all tasks, don’t try to do multi tasking, as this will stress you out completely. Instead, focus on things that are most important and later on things that can be neglected or postponed for time being.

A person will seem perfect if he or she doesn’t get angry but this is something that is hard to achieve. However, controlling anger to a large extent is possible. Read on to know about some easy ways of controlling anger in daily life situations.

First of all, try to understand the reason of your anger and its causes. Try to examine your thoughts and memories and analyze what made you angry last time. Once, you know the reason, try to minimize the reason if possible.

You can also be a little active to control your anger by joining in some chat groups and asking people who have the similar problem of having too much anger on petty issues. In case, of too much anger, try transferring it on objects like a punch bag or join a gym to vent out your frustration.

Another way of controlling anger is meditation; whenever you feel that a certain situation will make you angry, try to meditate. If this is not possible, take a few deep breathes while closing your eyes and see how you overcome anger with ease.
