There is always a question in our mind as to how and when to find some quality time for our parents, spouse, friends and relatives without sacrificing on our career either. Balancing between your family, life and career is not a hard task. It is a challenge that you can overcome by simply following certain principles.

First of all, decide what is right for you. Prioritize your life first and then decide what is important for you. Start from your family first. Try to share your work problems with your family, which will definitely give you some mental peace and relief.

The main aim is to find time for your family and friends amidst work. Thus, if possible start working at home. This will certainly help you spend some quality time with your loved ones.

If you had a fight or a bad day at work, never take out your anger at home. This will help you maintain a pleasant atmosphere at home. However, you not forget to share your day with your family to get rid of your tensions.

The same is applicable in case you have a promotion at office. Never forget to share the same with your family.

Hence, you need to take into consideration the feelings of your family as well as your career goals, in order to have a balanced between life and career.

It might have happened to you, when you tried to go out with your secret crush but you must have returned home saying just a couple of things that too shyly. This is where you need to know how to bridge the communication gap between a man and woman. Whether you agree or not, the fact is that men and women interact and interpret differently and this is often the cause of misunderstandings, confusions and conflicts. So, why take risk instead follow the following tips to bridge the communication gap.

Tips for women:

The first thing that ladies should remember when they find their husbands or boyfriends not talking much is that they don’t have anything special to tell you, so stop double checking them when they are quiet.

Cast away the guessing game if you want to live a happy life with your partner. Avoid having that mental communication within yourself asking what does your man really meant.

Tips for men:

The basic of bridging the communication gap with women for men is to simply avoid asking details of every minute thing she does. In case, you don’t have time to listen to her on a particular time, make sure to listen to her next time.

Try not to prove yourself a superhero by trying to solve your woman’s problem immediately. First listen to her and wait for the time when she asks for your suggestion or help.
