conflict

Every relationship has its share of conflicts which if handled properly certainly gives a boost to relationship. Conflict gives the chance to express your opinion as well listen to the facts which are on the other side of the book. However, inability to handle conflict can create havoc and definitely ruin your relationship. Thus, you should always try to resolve such issues before things go out of hand.

In a situation of conflict you should always try to give your partner full attention without really thinking who is at fault. You should patiently listen to your partner and verbally assure him/her that you recognize and can relate to his/her feelings. You should wait for the pain or anger to subside and listen to your partner attentively and try to create closeness and trust. By doing this, the pain and anger will surely go away without becoming a cause of resentment later.
