1.Avoid newspaper:

Don’t raise your eyebrow by thinking that without newspaper how you will start your day. Yes, just avoid that news of the newspaper, which really upsets you. For example: — any economy loss, any mishap, bad events etc.

Well, if the good movie or any cartoon show is going on then stay tuned with this entertainment box. But again if mood-upsetting show is airing on your TV, then it’s your time to turn off or change the channel.

3. Don’t think negative, say positive:

4. Make a fitness regime:

Try to do regular exercise. Daily workout sends oxygen to your brain. Thus, it really helps you in mood swinging and don’t let your smile walk away from your mouth.

5. Meditation and breathing practice:

To calm down your mood, deep breathing and meditation do wonders all the time. Practicing deep breathing 2 –3 times in each hours keep your depression at bay. While breathing, concentrate on your inhaling and exhaling. Drag your mind towards the positive things of your life and focus more on love, affection and laughter.
