There has been a lot of debate over the kind of benefits that nature has on our body. There is a section which believes that whenever we are out in the nature it normally results in some sort of physical activity, which is highly beneficial for the body. However, there are many direct benefits from being out in the nature that haven’t been proven yet.
But, a recent study has revealed that there is a direct connection between nature and our bodies. It is often noticed that when the weather is bright and sunny our moods react to it in a very enthusiastic manner and on the other hand when the weather is gloomy, so is the mood. The report suggests that being out in nature makes us feel rejuvenated and boosts the energy levels considerably.
According to the report, nature not only brightens our mood and makes us feel fresh but also plays a major role in countering stress. We often tend to go for a cup of tea or coffee when we are tensed or stressed, but if instead we go out and spend some time in nature it can considerably reduce the stress levels.
The report was published in a leading environment psychology journal and it was released after a series of experiments done on over 500 college students. The results showed that 90% of these people felt that there was a great deal of increase in their energy levels and they felt very good, both physically and mentally.
