We all love to share a connection with people who we love and if you want a guide that helps you build a good relationship, you can consider the word “Attachment”. It may seem a small word but when you look at the word spelled out, each letters of the word gives you a whole new prospective.

The letter A stands for attachment which is creating a link with people who you adore. It is about accepting people the way they are. A good attachment with your loved ones can even move mountains. T is touch which is an integral part of being attached.

A healthy relationship requires a good physical connection. It is a stepping stone to good relationship. T also means thoughtfulness. You should always give priority to your partner and find happiness in his/her happiness. Affirming the way you feel is also very essential part of forming a good relationship. You should try and express your feelings through your words to make your partner wanted.

The letter C in the word attachment means the connection that you intend to have with your partner. H is the hope that you and your partner should have about your future together. It ensures that you stick to each other through thick and thin. M meaning memories will always get you back on the track if you are faltering to maintain the relationship. Emotion, Need and Trust are the other things apart from the ones above that are going to boost your relationship. You should understand that the fact that no one is perfect and so try to accept your partner the way he or she is.
